L.L. Foundation for Youth is proud to offer grants to tax-exempt organizations that give disadvantaged youth the education, medical treatment, mental health assistance or life skills/experiences they need to conquer emerging adulthood. Grants will generally be awarded to organizations located in Southern California; others may only apply by invitation.

Application Guidelines

We have two funding cycles:

  • January 15 – March 15
    Applications accepted during this time will be awarded grants before June 30.
  • July 15 – September 15
    Applications accepted during this time will be awarded grants before December 31.

 

Reporting is requested at the 6-month mark (or halfway point) of the project and upon conclusion of the project’s funding period. Additional grant applications will not be considered without both of these reports.

We are unable to accept unsolicited applications at this time. We are focusing on commitments to existing grantees.
